Wachowski Brothers’ (”The Matrix” trilogy) live-action adaptation of Japanese comic “Speed Racer” will see Korean popstar, Rain finally making his Hollywood debut in a supporting role this coming May 2008. This movie is also poised to make an appearance at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival.
Rain plays the role of rookie racer Taejo Togokhan and in the latest trailer, we see him decked in a white outfit fighting with baddies on the snowy mountains. His vicious and swift kicks leaves them lying flat on the floor. Netizens have say that his fighting actions resembles Chinese folk hero, “Wong Fei Hung.”
